THE UNIVERSE; WHO CREATED IT?

GENESIS 1:1 NKJV     In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

GENESIS 2:1 NKJV      Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them, were finished.

GENESIS 2:4 NKJV     This is the history of the heavens and the earth when they were created, in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens,

EXODUS 31:17 NKJV      It is a sign between Me and the children of Israel forever; for in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day He rested and was refreshed.'"

2 KINGS 19:15 NKJV      Then Hezekiah prayed before the Lord, and said: "O Lord God of Israel, the One who dwells between the cherubim, You are God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of earth. You have made heaven and earth.

NEHEMIAH 9:6 NKJV      You alone are the Lord; You have made heaven, The heaven of heavens, with all their host, The earth and all things on it, The seas and all that is in them, And You preserve them all. The host of heaven worships You.

JOB 9:8 NKJV      He alone spreads out the heavens, And treads on the waves of the sea;

JOB 26:13 NKJV      By His Spirit He adorned the heavens; His hand pierced the fleeing serpent.

JOB 37:18 NKJV      With Him, have you spread out the skies, Strong as a cast metal mirror?

JOB 38:1-7 NKJV 1      Then the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said: 2      "Who is this who darkens counsel By words without knowledge? 3      Now prepare yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer Me. 4     "Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Tell Me, if you have understanding. 5      Who determined its measurements? Surely you know! Or who stretched the line upon it? 6      To what were its foundations fastened? Or who laid its cornerstone, 7      When the morning stars sang together, And all the sons of God shouted for joy?

PSALM 8:3 NKJV      When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have ordained,

PSALM 19:1 NKJV      The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork.

PSALM 33:6 NKJV      By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth.

PSALM 89:11 NKJV      The heavens are Yours, the earth also is Yours; The world and all its fullness, You have founded them.

PSALM 90:2 NKJV      Before the mountains were brought forth, Or ever You had formed the earth and the world, Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.

PSALM 102:25 NKJV      Of old You laid the foundation of the earth, And the heavens are the work of Your hands.

PSALM 104:2 NKJV      Who cover Yourself with light as with a garment, Who stretch out the heavens like a curtain.

PSALM 115:15 NKJV      May you be blessed by the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.

PSALM 136:5-7 NKJV  5       To Him who by wisdom made the heavens, For His mercy endures forever; 6      To Him who laid out the earth above the waters, For His mercy endures forever; 7      To Him who made great lights, For His mercy endures forever-

PSALM 146:6 NKJV      Who made heaven and earth, The sea, and all that is in them; Who keeps truth forever,

PSALM 148:1-5 NKJV 1       Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord from the heavens; Praise Him in the heights! 2      Praise Him, all His angels; Praise Him, all His hosts! 3      Praise Him, sun and moon; Praise Him, all you stars of light! 4      Praise Him, you heavens of heavens, And you waters above the heavens! 5       Let them praise the name of the Lord, For He commanded and they were created.

PROVERBS 3:19 NKJV      The Lord by wisdom founded the earth; By understanding He established the heavens;

PROVERBS 8:22-31 NKJV 22      The Lord possessed me at the beginning of His way, Before His works of old. 23      I have been established from everlasting, From the beginning, before there was ever an earth. 24      When there were no depths I was brought forth, When there were no fountains abounding with water. 25     Before the mountains were settled, Before the hills, I was brought forth; 26     While as yet He had not made the earth or the fields, Or the primeval dust of the world. 27      When He prepared the heavens, I was there, When He drew a circle on the face of the deep, 28      When He established the clouds above, When He strengthened the fountains of the deep, 29      When He assigned to the sea its limit, So that the waters would not transgress His command, When He marked out the foundations of the earth, 30      Then I was beside Him, as a master craftsman; And I was daily His delight, Rejoicing always before Him, 31    Rejoicing in His inhabited world, And my delight was with the sons of men.

ISAIAH 40:21-22 NKJV 21     Have you not known? Have you not heard? Has it not been told you from the beginning? Have you not understood from the foundations of the earth? 22      It is He who sits above the circle of the earth, And its inhabitants are like grasshoppers, Who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, And spreads them out like a tent to dwell in.

ISAIAH 40:28 NKJV      Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. There is no searching of His understanding.

ISAIAH 42:5 NKJV      Thus says God the Lord, Who created the heavens and stretched them out, Who spread forth the earth and that which comes from it, Who gives breath to the people on it, And spirit to those who walk on it:

ISAIAH 44:24 NKJV      Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, And He who formed you from the womb: "I am the Lord, who makes all things, Who stretches out the heavens all alone, Who spreads abroad the earth by Myself;

ISAIAH 45:12 NKJV       I have made the earth, And created man on it. It was I- My hands that stretched out the heavens, And all their host I have commanded.

ISAIAH 45:18 NKJV      For thus says the Lord, Who created the heavens, Who is God, Who formed the earth and made it, Who has established it, Who did not create it in vain, Who formed it to be inhabited: "I am the Lord, and there is no other.

JEREMIAH 10:12 NKJV       He has made the earth by His power, He has established the world by His wisdom, And has stretched out the heavens at His discretion.

JEREMIAH 27:5 NKJV      'I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are on the ground, by My great power and by My outstretched arm, and have given it to whom it seemed proper to Me.

JEREMIAH 51:15 NKJV      He has made the earth by His power; He has established the world by His wisdom, And stretched out the heaven by His understanding.

ZECHARIAH 12:1 NKJV      The burden of the word of the Lord against Israel. Thus says the Lord, who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him:

MALACHI 2:10 NKJV      Have we not all one Father? Has not one God created us? Why do we deal treacherously with one another By profaning the covenant of the fathers?

JOHN 1:1-3,10 NKJV 1      In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2      He was in the beginning with God. 3      All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 10     He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him.

ACTS 4:24 NKJV      So when they heard that, they raised their voice to God with one accord and said: "Lord, You are God, who made heaven and earth and the sea, and all that is in them,

ACTS 14:15 NKJV      and saying, "Men, why are you doing these things? We also are men with the same nature as you, and preach to you that you should turn from these vain things to the living God, who made the heaven, the earth, the sea, and all things that are in them,

ACTS 17:24 NKJV      "God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands.

ROMANS 1:20 RSV     Ever since the creation of the world his invisible nature, namely, his eternal power and deity, has been clearly perceived in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse;

1 CORINTHIANS 8:6 RSV       yet for us there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things and for whom we exist, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things and through whom we exist.

COLOSSIANS 1:16-17 NKJV      For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.

HEBREWS 1:2-3 NKJV 2      has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; 3      who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged out sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,

HEBREWS 1:10 NKJV      And: "You, Lord, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth, And the heavens are the work of Your hands;

HEBREWS 2:10 NKJV       For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the author of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

HEBREWS 11:3 NKJV      By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.

2 PETER 3:4-7 NKJV 4      and saying, "Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation." 5      For this they willfully forget: that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water, 6      by which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water. 7      But the heavens and the earth which now exist are kept in store by the same word, reserved for fire until the day of judgement and perdition(destruction) of ungodly men.

REVELATION 4:11 NKJV      "You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created."

REVELATION 14:7 NKJV       saying with a loud voice, "Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgement has come; and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water."
